I am a full time Broker / Owner of Team Success Listing, over 20 years’ experience in the real estate and sales industry. I work directly with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, vacant land, investment properties and multi-family housing. For a number of years; I co-hosted the TV Show "Finding New Neighbors" on public television. I’m also the author of multiple blogs on real estate, mortgages and do-it-yourself projects. As a resident of the Oakland County area since 1952 and Lapeer County since 1997, I know the communities that I work in. I also have been very successful at selling properties outside of my area, such as Au Gres / East Tawas and other portions of Michigan. I also manage many social media sites to assist in the marketing of my properties. When a unique property comes up, it's common to create a social media page just for that specific property. Boosting ads through this format is quite effective. Finding the right buyer is the mission. These social media sites expose properties to far more buyers than simply placing the property on the MLS.
